How much does it cost to rent a party bus?
The cost of renting a party bus depends on various factors such as time, capacity, distance, etc. But, in general, the party buses are rented on an hourly basis. We usually charge between $100 to $300 per hour depending on the bus type and capacity.

Is it legal to drink alcohol on a party bus?
Yes, it is absolutely legal to drink alcohol on board. You can enjoy alcoholic beverages with your pals while the driver takes care of the transportation.
Are we permitted to smoke on a party bus?
Unfortunately, smoking is strictly not allowed on board. However, our chauffeurs are more than happy to make stops for your smoke breaks whenever you need them.
Can we bring the children on a party bus?
People of all ages are more than welcome on board. But, we simply cannot allow alcohol on any of the vehicles that have anyone under the legal drinking age onboard. Ensuring the safety of all our guests, we always require to see each and everyone’s valid identification when there is alcohol on board.
Do you service areas outside of Las Vegas?

How far in advance should I book a party bus?
It is recommended to reserve the party bus in as much advance as possible. This allows you to choose the vehicle of your choice and on your preferred date. In general, advanced notice of 2 to 4 weeks is recommended.
Is there a minimum number of hours for the party bus rental?
Yes. There is a minimum of 4 hours Sunday – Thursday and 5 hours Friday and Saturday. Certain events have other minimum requirements.
Can we bring food onboard?
Yes, you can bring food on a party bus. But, we advise you to bring dry food or snacks. Spilled food or stains with difficulty in cleaning may require an additional fee.
What method of payments are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for deposits. The remaining amount can be paid to the transport carrier upon delivery by cash, money order, or cashier’s check.
Can I inspect the party bus before renting?
Of course! you can. We would love to have you come by and you are welcome to visit. Kindly talk to one of our sales representatives so that we can arrange a time for your visit.
What is an appropriate tip for the driver?
We always recommend paying gratuity in cash to the driver at the time of pickup or drop-off. You can tip the driver based on the quality of ride or experience you had on board. However, as an industry standard, 10% to 20% of the total rental cost should be tipped to the drivers.
Are you fully licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and all our vehicles carry valid insurance to cover you and your guest inside the vehicle during transit.
What is the deposit to rent the bus?
For each party bus reservation, we collect about 15-20% credit card deposit. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking to reserve the bus. The card remains on file until the completion of the rental in case of cancellation or damages.
Which facilities are available on a party bus?
All our party buses are well-equipped with disco lights, an LED screen, a DJ sound system, and a mini-fridge. All these amenities allow you to have a soothing party on wheels.
